First time tenants If this is your first time booking with StudentFM then there’s no time like the present to find your perfect room - so simply click BOOK A ROOM and follow the simple steps.

Returning tenants If you’ve already registered your details on the portal then you can log into the portal at any time (click LOGIN) to check the progress of your booking, to access messages, read important information about your room, make payments or re-book a room for the following academic year.
